Miui Life v4 relased !! Various bugfixes and much more !

- Some mods on framwork.jar
- 30 steps volume mod thanks to AndroidON
- smooth scrool thanks to AndroidON
- Disabelad CPU rendering full HW .. thanks to slaid480
- Check's RAM Management Script V4 thanks to GadgetCheck
- removed a loooot of unnecessary files (much less bugs,much more performance)
